You can call their offices at 305 856 9111 for more information.

  • The 2007-2008 Ibis Yearbook Staff is actively seeking new writers. Writers can choose what section(s) they want to write for, from Sports, to Lifestyles and events on campus, to Greek Life and much more. In addition to being able to build your clips and your resume, writers are also paid for each story they write. No writing experience is required, although it is appreciated.

For more information, please contact Lauren Marshall via e-mail at l.marshall1@umiami.edu, or come by the yearbook office on the second floor of the UC building across for the Flamingo Ballrooms.

  • Jenna Moshell, a SoC CMP student, was interning for the film company rakontur a year ago and it thought it was an unbelievable learning experience.

You may have heard of them, but from rakontur, former UM students Alfred Spellman (producer) and Billy Corben (director) have previously produced the documentaries "Cocaine Cowboys" and "Raw Deal: A Question of Consent". It just so happens that there are multiple unpaid intern positions available now because production is beginning on their next project, which subject just so happens to be related to the University of Miami. The project is a documentary for ESPN and is a history of the University of Miami Hurricanes football program.

Any students interested can simply send an e-mail with their resume to her address (Jenna.Moshell@gmail.com).

  • Morgan Stanley’s Operations Recruiting Team is hosting an informal reception providing attendees with information about Morgan Stanley’s Operations Summer Analyst Program. As in years past, we are interested in reaching out to junior/ senior level non-business/finance majors.

If you are interested in this Program, please stop by room 2037 with a copy of your resume. Thank you.
