Grace Barnes is a native of Los Angeles, California She received a BA
in Art History and an MFA Film and Television Production from UCLA. For
several years she worked on documentary projects for National Geographic,
RAI, and The Learning Channel. Her first independent documentary, "Hidden
Scars," the saga of a Guatemalan torture survivor, has been shown internationally.
She shot "After The Black Book," after meeting Chilean journalist, Alejandra
Matus, in Miami.
