IN SHORT: THE JOURNAL OF SMALL SCREEN STUDIES is currently accepting submissions. This peer-reviewed online journal has been created to encourage and facilitate scholarly responses to "small" moving images of all kinds. We seek critical pieces on particular works as well as more general articles (theoretical, historical, etc.).

We seek submissions on the following:

• Short films (documentary, fiction, narrative, experimental, etc.)
• Music Videos
• Commercials
• Video Art
• You-tube/Online Videos
• Television episodes
• Readings of a single scene from a longer film.

We desire articles written about works that are less than thirty minutes in length. We want the article form to reflect the shortened media form. Make your point quickly and clearly. We accept submissions for other issues on a rolling basis. Please submit questions and articles to: inshortjournal@gmail.com.
